This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work for purchases made on our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product is not as described on our website

  • Your package is missing items

  • You received an expired or otherwise unusable item (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, accessories, freebies, and invoices must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or quality reasons (unless defective upon arrival):

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Gift cards or digital products

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us.


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at mivorawyv@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos showing the issue (for damaged/defective items)

Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

If approved:

  • We will arrange pickup from your address (wherever courier service is available), or

  • We may ask you to ship the product back to us (we will provide the address)

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective quality):
    We cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer choice (change of mind, size issues where size chart was correct):
    → Return shipping may be borne by the customer.

We will inform you of the applicable charges (if any) during the return approval.


5. REFUND TYPES

Depending on your case, refunds may be issued as:

A. Refund to Original Payment Method

If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund back to:

  • UPI

  • Bank account

  • Credit/debit card

  • Wallet

  • Net banking

Refunds take:

  • 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

B. Replacement or Exchange

If available, you may opt for:

  • Another unit of the same product

  • A different size or color

  • A different product of equal or higher value (price difference applies)

C. Store Credit / Coupon Code

We may offer store credit for certain optional returns.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

  • If the order has not shipped yet:
    → You are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped:
    → It cannot be canceled. You may apply for a return after delivery (subject to policy rules).

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Stock unavailability

  • Fraud concerns

  • Incorrect address or unreachable customer

In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund.


7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/videos

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Do not use the product

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.


8. MISSING ITEMS IN ORDER

If something is missing:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video/photo evidence

  • We will ship the missing item or issue a refund accordingly


9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider (processing delays may occur)

10. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CASES

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:

  • Returned item not matching the one shipped

  • Items used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Repeated return requests suggesting misuse of return policy

  • Inadequate photo/video evidence
