1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

If approved:

We will arrange pickup from your address (wherever courier service is available), or

We may ask you to ship the product back to us (we will provide the address)
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective quality):
→ We cover all return shipping costs. -
If the return is due to customer choice (change of mind, size issues where size chart was correct):
→ Return shipping may be borne by the customer.
We will inform you of the applicable charges (if any) during the return approval.
5. REFUND TYPES

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If the order has already shipped:

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
