This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery timelines, charges, tracking, and other related details for orders placed on our website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:
All states and union territories within India
✔ Pin codes supported by our courier/logistics partners

If your address is not serviceable, we will inform you before dispatch and issue a full refund.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be processed within:

  • 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays)

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality check

  • Packing

  • Handover to the shipping partner

If there is a delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Typical delivery time after dispatch:

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, or unexpected situations.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link

  • Tracking ID

Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after the package is picked up.


6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.

Failed delivery may occur if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Customer refuses the package

  • No one is available at the delivery location

If the package returns to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Most courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

To avoid this, please keep your phone available for courier calls.


8. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

If your package arrives damaged:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
at mivorawyv@gmail.com, with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the damaged package & product

  • Unboxing video (recommended but not mandatory)

We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbours/security/front desk

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes couriers pre-scan)

  3. Contact us immediately

We will raise a ticket with the courier.
Resolution may take 5–7 working days.


10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship:

  • Outside India

  • To PO boxes (depending on courier availability)

  • To highly restricted or non-serviceable pin codes


11. ORDER CHANGES AFTER SHIPPING

Once an order is shipped, we cannot:

  • Modify the order

  • Change the address

  • Cancel the order

You may request a return after delivery under our Return Policy.
