We currently ship to:

✔ Pin codes supported by our courier/logistics partners
If your address is not serviceable, we will inform you before dispatch and issue a full refund.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & FAILED DELIVERY
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
Failed delivery may occur if:

Customer refuses the package

No one is available at the delivery location
If the package returns to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Most courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
To avoid this, please keep your phone available for courier calls.
8. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If your package arrives damaged:
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

Check with neighbours/security/front desk

Wait 24 hours (sometimes couriers pre-scan)

Contact us immediately
We will raise a ticket with the courier.
Resolution may take 5–7 working days.
10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

11. ORDER CHANGES AFTER SHIPPING
